Triathlon Camps

For anyone looking to succeed in any sporting endeavour following a well structured plan helps. It also helps to be coached by someone who is dedicated and experienced in finding the best way for you to achieve your goals.

All of our camps are structured and targetted at helping you achieve your goals.

Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT:- Neither, it’s associates or employees ever acts as a travel agent. Where we agree to arrange accommodation we do so solely to use our relationship with the management of the accommodation, to ensure that facilities are available that will add to your comfort on the camp. In addition we endeavour to ensure that any specific requirements you might have requested are in place before you arrive. The price quoted is similar to the price you could achieve had you booked separately on their web site (subject to a Euro – UK Pound exchange rate of 1.175 and having added the weekly cleaning fee).

Please note that we either use PayPal or Stripe (individual charges may apply) for online payments and details are confirmed when booking. An initial deposit of 25% of the total booking is required upon booking via our web site. Once we have received your deposit and booking form, we will confirm your booking with the SurfZone management and in turn email full details of your booking for the camp to the email address supplied.

Once confirmed and you have secured flights (7 days from the booking date is allowed for this) your deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

The total balance of the trip is to be paid a minimum of 45 days prior to your planned arrival.

The above terms and conditions are for all our Triathlon Training Camp options.

If payment is not in line with these timescales then the booking may be treated as cancelled and we reserve the right to retain the deposits which have been paid.

Flights, transport, transfers, bike hire and personal insurance of any kind and hotel tourism tax are not included in the price of any booking. Accommodation is not included, unless you have chosen one of the offers on our web site. The tourism tax is to be paid at the hotel reception normally on departure.

Cancellation by the Client (you including all in your traveling party)

Cancellation must be in writing (e-mail included but please phone to confirm we have received the email). We will contact you by email to confirm your requests. Sending request of cancellation by recorded delivery is also advisable.

You will be liable to pay the balance of the monies in full if you do not notify of your intention to cancel at least 10 weeks prior to your travel date. If you have not paid the balance and we are unable to contact you we will cancel your booking and the cancellation charges will come into effect.

Please be aware that the event you are entering has a no-refund policy for registrations and does not allow deferral of a registration/package to any other event or to another person.

Cancellation charges applicable for training camps.

Notifying us after 10 days from booking but more than 45 days before departure – Loss of deposit.

Notifying us less than 45 days before departure – Loss of deposit and total balance*

For Personal Camps – Once we have booked our flights – Loss of Deposit**

We would strongly recommend that travel insurance is taken out at the same time as your booking with us that covers you for cancellation.

Cancellation or changes by

Whilst rare, it could at some stage be necessary to make minor or major alterations to the booking and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. Although most changes would be minor ones, we reserve the right to do so but will advise you of any issues arising from such changes.

If it is necessary to make a significant change before arrival, we will advise you as soon as we can. We will then offer you the choice of either accepting the changed arrangements notified to you or a full refund, our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Should you wish to make any changes to your booking after it has been confirmed and reserved you are requested to advise us of your wishes. Whilst we will endeavour to assist to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet all requests.

Conditions of carriage does not organise flights, Airport transfers and has no part in the contract between you and the chartered, airline, ferry, transfer provider.


Any damage to the accommodation or the property of or any third party by the client whether accidental or deliberate must be paid in full at the time of the damage.


Clients must have a comprehensive and valid multi sports insurance policy in place when they arrive that covers their whole stay at any Camp. This policy should include emergency medical care, cover for personal injury, including cover for all activities, including water activities, loss or damage to your luggage, loss or damage to equipment hired or borrowed from us or third parties, repatriation, legal expenses cover and expenses associated with cancellation or curtailment of their booking.

You should, if applicable, be in possession of an up to date EHIC card available from your local post office or online before travelling abroad.

It is a condition of your booking that you have travel insurance that covers multi sport activities including road cycling, running and swimming (both pool and open water) and that these documents with emergency telephone numbers are made available to before your arrival date.

Road Transportation and Cycling on The Road., it’s employees and associates does not accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury whilst using road transportation to, from or during cycling activities. Does not accept any responsibility for your road cycling equipment including your bikes. Any roadside or bike repairs are the sole responsible of the client. This includes any delay due to mechanical breakdown or traffic related incidents.


You should recognise the inherent risks in the activities you will be participating in and agree to accept complete responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused by you as a result of participation in those activities.

This does not remove our legal duty of care it simply highlights your acceptance that there is an inherent risk in the activities in which you are participating.

Bicycle Helmets

As you are partaking in cycling activities we will abide by the British Triathlon ruling that protective headgear must be worn at all times when on or considering mounting your bicycle. We strongly advise you to use your own head gear or purchase head gear that is BSEN 1078 complaint. All helmets worn must match these safety standards.

Changes to the Camp Itinerary

Occasionally we might have to change a displayed itinerary. All itineraries on our website are for illustration purposes only and not a statement of intent. has the right to change and adapt the displayed itineraries as they see fit.

* If you have not paid the total balance then will seek to recover the outstanding balance together with any legal costs incurred during this process. It is always best to contact us by phone or e-mail to discuss any items with your booking.

** Our flights will only be booked when we have a confirmation email from you agreeing to the details of the camp.
